In putting together this little script, the following assumptions were made:
- An average salary of $55,000 per year for all attendees was assumed.
- The additional overhead cost of any employee (e.g. benefits, heating and lighting, rent, etc.) is equal to 50% of his or her salary.
- Employees work 50 weeks a year at 40 hours a week.
